Dr. Jackson uses gentle hands-on strategies to train your BRAIN. You will be helped to discover which old strategies bring on muscle tension and restrictions in breathing. The next focus is to invite a deep sense of relaxation at rest. The brain learns best when you are well rested and this is how the good results come with ease. She will guide you to create the breath, balance and movement strategies that are workable and then you will slowly explore how to do this by yourself. You will be asked to modify your activity level so it will support your recovery including using good ergonomics (having furniture that fits your height and medical needs), a scheduled rest and activity program and specific personal movement explorations and breathing exercises.

Dr. Jackson will invite you to take control of your life in every area where it can help give you the power to function better -- getting healthier always helps your overall performance in daily life. If the desired results are slow in coming, you will be guided to explore adding diet changes, stress management, counseling, and other alternative strategies to figure out "WHO AM I?" The goal is to discover what will give you the life skills that you say you want.

"Age alone is not an excuse for your current problems. Let me show you how to grow mastery over your current challenges. There is always a way to create something that will improve your life situation."
